Refunds
At Chic Hijabista Accessories, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
- Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at chichijabistaacceesoriesshop@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable.
- Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address.
- Ship the item back to us at your own cost.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
